[vtkusers] VTK in a Python Container

Hello,

Is it possible to use VTK within a Python Container such as a Kaggle Kernel
or an Azure Notebook?  I am trying to perform a data visualization task
within a Kaggle Kernel Python Docker that does indeed have VTK installed
but I end up with the following error: "TripWireError: Python VTK is not
installed".  Is it possible to use VTK within a Python Container such as a
Kaggle Kernel or an Azure Notebook?
