[vtkusers] Unable to COnfigure VTK 8.0 with Oculus Libraries

Oculus changed their SDK in a way that breaks older code. I have not had
the time to work out a solution but if you track it down please let me
know. In the meantime I believe VTK can use the oculus through steamvr.
