[vtkusers] Display outlined text with VTK

Hello Bill,
Ah that's clever, I never thought about this solution ! And we're already
using an external font in order to render properly foreigner characters
Now I just need to find an outlined font that can handle Chinese, Cyrillic
and Arabic character properly (gasp)
Anyway, thanks for your answer
