[vtkusers] How can I use the third party module-libxml2

I can find the directory of libxml2 in the thirdparty directory of vtk8.
I tried to create a solution with cmake GUI from the cmakelists.txt under the directory of libxml2.
But it gives me an error of Unknown CMake command "vtk_module_third_party".
And I can’t find any option in the cmake GUI for vtk8 solution.
Any suggestion will be very helpful.
