[vtkusers] vtk/web/wamp.py and vtk/web/server.py

Thanks Aron,
I moved forward, but I am not there yet.

Now the client connects, to the server, I can see the cone moving in the
server window, but no image is sent back to the browser.
I tried both Chrome and Firefox and I see the same behavior. Any ideas?
