[vtkusers] Switching between point data and cell data for vtkGlyph3D

We have a custom pipeline in our application, so I need to do this programmatically. Our pipeline looks like this:
vtkStructuredGrid -> vtkExtractGrid -> vtkGlyph3D -> vtkPolyDataMapper -> vtkActor

Hello
Add a "Glyph" Filter, (not 3D Glyph Representation)
You wan then switch the "vectors" property in the panel, considering you have cell data vectors and point data vectors in you data.
