[vtkusers] vtkCleanUnstructuredGrid in VTK 7?

Hi All,

I'm writing a C++ post-processor using VTK 7 and I cannot find vtkCleanUnstructuredGrid to clean my mesh of redundant points. The documentation is there but the code is not. Has this been removed/never added?
