[vtkusers] Query a vector value (say velocity) at an arbitrary position(coordinate:x, y, z) in unstructured polydata

I have found solutions online for several days but unfortunately none is the
answer. Does anyone know how to get the interpolated velocity vector value
at a given coordinate of position (not the sample of my data). Thanks a
lot!!
