[vtkusers] vtkFreeTypeUtilities

vtkFreeTypeTools will work, but I'd recommend using vtkTextRenderer (in
Common/Core) for new code. It has a simpler interface and also allows
rendering equations / mathtext via matplotlib if enabled.
