[vtkusers] vtkFreeTypeUtilities

I've recently updated a project to VTK 7.0.0, until now I've used VTK
6.3.0. I'm using vtkFreeTypeUtilities in order to draw a string onto a
DICOM image. With 7.0.0, this class has been removed. Is there another
way to draw onto images or do I need to stick to 6.3.0?
