[vtkusers] [-Winconsistent-missing-override] after new VTK build

If your own code causes the issue then you can use the following at the 
top of your header:

#pragma GCC diagnostic ignored "-Winconsistent-missing-override"

Then "pop" the pragma at the end of the file. We have done this in order 
to reduce the number of warnings for VTK and ITK.

And of course you should probably enclose that in a #ifdef __CLANG__
