[vtkusers] Change rotation of vtkTubeFilter

I found that using vtkTubeFilter always predetermines a certain orientation
for the resulting tube. Using a 4-sided tube the edges align with the
coordinate axes. Is there a way to rotate the tubes?

If I change the DefaultNormal values all it does is twist the tubes and
distort them. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
