[vtkusers] Fill the inside of a 3D object

Hi all,

I wish to fill the inside of a 3D object before substracting space from it, to ensure the hole after the substraction looks the way I want it to.How can I fill the inside of a 3D object in vtk? I've seen a suggestion of using vtkFillHolesFilter after substration, but that's not what I want as I'm trying to use a substration to carve something on an object.
