[vtkusers] VTK MSB6006 cmd.exe code1

 Hi vtkusers:
I got a MSB6006 cmd.exe code 1 error when I turn Build_Testing on, but it is off, the error is gone. I am using vtk7.0, cmake3.3.2. Is there anyone know how to fix this problem?
