[vtkusers] Improve image quality when using vtkResliceCursorWidget

Hi Enzo,

The artifact might be due to this bug, which was recently fixed in the
master branch:

https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/merge_requests/1279

Cubic interpolation is much faster than Sinc.
