[vtkusers] VTK make install cannot find libvtkCommonCore-6.3.so.1

Do you have write access to /home? Typically, for an individual user
install, the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX would be /home/username/VTK-6.3.0, where
'username' is your username.
