[vtkusers] Draggable Square

Hi,
I'm a Student and I'm working on a project based on VTK and ITK with DICOM
images. I would like to know if exist a class or a widget to make a
Draggable Square starting from a center point of the image and how to use
it for that goal. Thanks in advance,
