[vtkusers] How to align ScalarBar With axis of xyPlotActor?

Hello guys,
I have the idea to position a scalar bar justified to the y-axis of a
xyPlotActor with the length of the x-axis. This way I save space and labels,
because the min and max values of the plot and scalar bar are the same. 

The first image shows what I have so far. The second image shows what I want
to achieve.

Any ideas? Maybe there already is a class or object that does that?
