[vtkusers] Android Example JavaVTK no override found for 'vtkRenderWindow'.

I am not an expert on Android build process by a long shot :-)  I do not
have any Android.mk or Application.mk files. I suspect the old way of build
Android applications did not use them. Google has changed how they build
applications with the move to gradle etc and we still use the old
approach.  If I could find them I would give them to you :-)
