[vtkusers] [vtk-developers] undefined vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL2_AutoInit_Construct at runtime

I have seen this problem on mobile platforms where we have to forcefully
initialize this library. I will have a look.
What platform is this? Please provide as much detail as possible.
