[vtkusers] VTK-7.0.0 RC1: Image reslice with OpenGL2

Hi Kenji,

This bug should be fixed by the following patch, which was merged yesterday:
https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/commit/46a54e5a

Can you confirm the fix?
