[vtkusers] Create vtkVolume from a dicom series files

Hello,

I would like to use the vtkVolume class to create a volume from a list of
dicom files.
I found the example :

I change the reader to vtkDICOMImageReader class, the program build
succesfully, but it fails in runtime ... (using Visual Studio 2010)
