[vtkusers] Activiz 6.2 with VTK-6.2 and .NET 4.0 Build Success

Dear Oriana,

I am also still stuck on that error there, waiting that someone finds a
suitable solution. I am wondering if it is a 64 bit OS problem, but I
haven't a computer with 32 bit system at hand.
Maybe someone that could compile the Activiz 6.2 libs can share the
resulting binaries.

Sorry for not being helpful.
