[vtkusers] Threshold

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me to convert threshold applied nrrd into vtk or stl file
using python script??

I am able to convert it into structured vtk but I want polydata or
unstructured vtk or either stl.

or Is there any option to apply threshold on vtk file using script ??? 

Please have a look and help.
