[vtkusers] Linker Errors Compiling Application against VTK 7.1 Libraries

Sorry, I figured it out myself. Here are my new AUTOINIT lines:

#define vtkRenderingCore_AUTOINIT
3(vtkInteractionStyle,vtkRenderingFreeType,vtkRenderingOpenGL2)
#define vtkRenderingVolume_AUTOINIT 1(vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL2)

Hope this helps someone else.
