[vtkusers] typedef redefinition during VTK compilation

Hi David, thanks for your reply. I tried to include the line you mentioned,
but I had the same problem. Instead of trying to fix it, I decided to
compile the new VTK 7.0. Now both shared and non-shared library versions are
compiling fine.
