[vtkusers] vtkScalarBarActor show part vtkLookupTable

Hi. vtkScalarBarActor want to display only the portion vtkLookupTable is used
in the model. For example, vtkLookupTable range (0-100) as shown in a model
(10-30), respectively salarbare to display a color in the range (10-30).

Please, help me!
