[vtkusers] Activiz 6.2 with VTK-6.2 and .NET 4.0 Build Success

There is a git repo at http://public.kitware.com/gitweb?p=activizdotnet.git;a=summary for ActiViz...

I've got a (very occasionally updated) mirror of it on GitHub at https://github.com/dlrdave/activizdotnet

Why don't you guys fork the repo and make some git commits to share the code changes? Mailing zip files around just seems odd when using GitHub is so darn easy.
