[vtkusers] Activiz 6.2 with VTK-6.2 and .NET 4.0 Build Success

Now I'm looking at the code, I don't think I built this using OpenGL2, in
fact I was trying to Build ActiViz 7.0 with OpenGL2 and I was running into
issues. see if the code I sent works for you.
