[vtkusers] Missing Configuration Variables

Hello friends,

I am currently building VTK through CMake as a dependency for an open
source project I am compiling. In their Documentation they specify toggling
of the variables

- VTK_USE_GUISUPPORT
- VTK_USE_PARALLEL
- VTK_USE_VIDEO_FOR_LINUX

I cannot seem to find these variables in the Cmake configurations.
How it be possible that I am using the wrong version of VTK?
