[vtkusers] Activiz 6.2 with VTK-6.2 and .NET 4.0 Build Success

Hi Matias,

Thank you for your response! Is there a way for you to share the CMake and
additional Activiz source changes you used to get the build working? I have
already built VTK for OpenGL2 (both x86 and x64 as I would like to have
both).
