[vtkusers] vtk keyboard keys

Hi,

Please see

http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkInteractorStyle.html#details

for how interaction such as keyboard interaction is done with just the
basic VTK window.

You may subclass this base class to customize interaction behavior
however you want. See any of the subclasses for examples of how to do
this.
