[vtkusers] Activiz 6.2 with VTK-6.2 and .NET 4.0 Build Success

I am going crazy,

I finally got to build activiz (by compiling ALLBUILD), and now
kitware.mummy.runtime.dll is created, while kitware.VTK.dll not. In total
there are 9 dlls not created.

I then tried to compile kitware.VTK alone, just to see what happens, but
Visual studio 2008 highlights a number of missing cs files under the
"csharp" directory. See attachment

What am I doing wrong?
