Hi,

I'm building VTK 6.2 using VS2008 (CMake configuration is 64 bits) and I'm
getting lots of these:

Error 115 error C2491: 'vtkArrayIteratorTemplate<T>::GetNumberOfTuples' :
definition of dllimport function not allowed
c:\vtk-6.2.0\common\core\vtkArrayIteratorTemplate.txx 73

When I built using 32 bits it did work just fine so not sure what may be
the issue..
