[vtkusers] ActiViz Installation from compiled source

All the required DLLs should be included as resources inside the Activiz 
.NET class library.  When you reference it, the embedded resources will 
automatically be extracted into the $OutputDir for the project.

 I finished compiling and building ActiViz from source and would like to 
know which DLLs I need to copy to my bin project folder..
