[vtkusers] pet/ct threshold segmentation

Hi ,
How about ConnectedThresholdSegmentatio for (PET / CT ) ?? Full body I want
to after give specific CLUT  for pet rainbow and for ct grey .... this
filter should remove the RED color from rainbow to boundary shape means
(OUTSIDE - INSIDE ) can you give me a guide line
