[vtkusers] VTK 5.10 significantly slower

I`m using it on windows 7. Most operations that i have been using with
previous version now working quite slower with debug and release binaries.
Most trivial functionalities (rotation, zooming, translation) are now
slower.

Is there some specific settings that i should take into consideration ?
