[vtkusers] vtkImagePanelWidget Offscreen Renderer

Sorry, I find the method to handle my problem.

I write a class inherit vtkInteractorStyleTrackballCamera. I name the one as
vtkInteractorStyleFreezeCamera.

And I override all function about mouse motion. Those function are empty.

Then, the camera is froze.
