[vtkusers] Qt5.5 OpenGLWidget and QVtkWidget2

Hi,

I try to use VTK and Qt together.

But I got some troubles about QVTKWidget2.

I need to put a widget promoted to class QVTKWidget2 and a custom
QOpenGLWidget in same QMainWindow. 

But my program will crash if those components are in same window.

How should I do for intergrading two widgets in same window?
