Hi Ang,

I think that I've identified the cause of the bug, and have posted a
possible fix here: https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/commit/c5ed3a21

Could you fix OpenGL2/vtkOpenGLImageSliceMapper.cxx as shown
above, recompile VTK, and check to see if it fixes your issue?  I've
done some tests here with the TestProg.cxx that you provided.
