[vtkusers] vtkImageResliceMapper problems

Hi Ang,

I compiled and ran your code on Windows 7, on Linux, and OS X with VTK 6.3
and VTK master.  But I cannot reproduce what you show in the video, the
image never jumps around.  Is there anything peculiar about your system?
Do you have access to another computer than you can compile and run your
code on?
