[vtkusers] Integrating simpleITK with Activiz 5.8

Hi,

I'm working in C# and trying to connect simpleITK with Activiz.
I tried to use itkImageToVTKImageFilter from ManagedITK but can't get
around the image data formats.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
