[vtkusers] labeling in GenerateModelsFromLabels.cxx

Hi all,
     I am trying to create vtp file from meta images. I got the example
program in VTK. The link is

     In this example, they used startLabel and endLabel. what is startlabel
and endlabel here? Which value needed to this?
     Please give me the solution for this.
