[vtkusers] Volume Rendering in iOS

I have not tried that example on the simulator. It should work on an
iPhone6 (I have tested it).  I always worry a bit with the simulator and
OpenGL as it depends on how good they are at emulating the actual
hardware/driver.  If you can, give it a shot on a ES3 supported device and
see if it works there for you.
