[vtkusers] 2D Blurring applied to vtkImageData

Guys, what would be the easiest way to apply a 2D gaussian blur to each slice
of a vtkImageData? I tried to use vtkImageGaussianSmooth with
SetDimensionality(2), but the resulting image is composed by some kind of
repetition of the first 10 slices.
