[vtkusers] Polydata dilation

Hello,

I'm currently working on a project in which I need to dilate a polydata.
To do that, I use vtkImplicitModeller + vtkContourFilter or 
vtkImplicitModeller + vtkMarchingCube.

My problem is that I don't want a "donut", I just want to dilate the 
upper side of my polydata.
I'll try to explain myself with two images (attached files)


Could you explain me the best way to resolve my problem?
