[vtkusers] VTK+GDCM+JAVA error in CMake

Hmm... I downloaded that head data set, and for me it displayed
just fine.  There were no complaints from vtkDICOMReader at all.
Are you sure that was the data set that was causing warnings in
vtkDICOMReader?
