The C++ example for loading and displaying a DICOM file is here:
Examples/TestDICOMDisplay.cxx
If vtk-dicom is built with USE_GDCM=ON, there is nothing special
that needs to be done to load a compressed file.  It will automatically
detect that the file is compressed.
