[vtkusers] VTK 6.2.0.rc1 - Rendering/Parallel module won't build

I enabled VTK_Group_MPI, but there's no VTK_USE_PARALLEL option... I'd like
to be able to use vtkParallelRenderManager, and other parallel features.
