[vtkusers] VTK accepted for Google Summer of Code 2015

Good news everyone - VTK was chosen to be a mentor organization for
Google's Summer of Code program!

If you have the urge hone your development skills and want an internship
working on VTK from the comfort of your own home this summer, please apply.
